Got this myself on my phone, as well as it just rejected to update. Right here's what helped me.

Edit: this appears to be a concern that Facebook understand. It's an issue with the Facebook application, and not a generalised Play Store problem.

This is what helped me a minimum of.

  1. Settings > Applications > All > Google Play Store, Clear information and Clear cache

  2. Settings > Applications > All > Google Play Provider > Manage room, Clear all information as well as Clear cache


It doesn't injured if you restart your phone prior to you attempt upgrading facebook once more. And, the set up was SLOW. Just a minimum of 4-5 minutes. However, it did job. Otherwise try to uninstall it, or merely await a fix.
